WELCOME Welcome to Whipped Love!

 

Everything in our company is hand decorated, which takes time.

At this time, assembly of my unique personalized favors is about 2-3 weeks to do! Please note large orders may take more time to create. Production time does not include the shipping time.

 

Contact me 2 months in advance, if you need your order sooner than the estimated arrival date, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

I do my best to keep tags and decorations you see in my listing photos in-stock, however materials do sell out and get discontinued.

Embellishments and paper patterns may vary depending on what I have available.

PAYMENT

 

I accept payments through Bank Transfer (DBS Sav 195690774)

Deposit payments will be 40% to secure the date bookings.

Another 40% 3 months before delivery date.

Balance 20% 2 Days before delivery date to receive the delivery timing slot.

Payments must be received before I secure the bookings or make delivery.

If payment is not received with 3 business days, I will cancel the transaction.

If 2nd deposit is late, we will not be responsible for late shipment.

 

 

SHIPPING

 

All items will be shipped through outsource delivery.

All Shipment will be delivered 2 days before event date.

If you need the item(s) by a specific date, please let me know prior to payment of your order so that I can prfioritize orders and change the shipping charges (if needed).

Production time is calculated from the time I receive all the necessary information to personalize your item.

Each of my custom items requires time to ensure high quality.

I may send you a photo or proof to approve prior to making a product, please check messages regularly so we can maintain a timely transaction and receipt of purchase.

 

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

 

I do my best to please every customer, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, let me know and I will work with you to resolve the issue and get you the quality product you paid for. As my favours are custom made, I do not accept returns. Please consider ordering a sample.

Please note that refund will not be given upon the cancellation of the event or change of mind once deposit is given.

Change of date will only be possible IF the date is available. The penalty of date changed is 30% of total invoice.

My products are handmade to your customisation. Please allow for slight variation from what is shown in the shop photos. Colours may vary slightly due to computer monitor differences. Embellishments and paper patterns may vary depending on what I have available.
